Every apartment comes fully equipped for independent living. This includes: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery), a washer-dryer combo with clothes airer, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and live TV, fresh linen and towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for your arrival. Single-use tea and coffee bags, one dishwasher tablet, and one washing machine tablet are provided. All utility bills are included.
Weekly housekeeping is included with every stay. We will clean your apartment, change linen and towels, and restock toiletries once per week. If you would like a specific cleaning day, please let us know. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
Check-in is fully automated and available from 4 PM, including late at night. You will receive a message on the morning of your arrival with check-in instructions, including access codes to the building and a lockbox code for your apartment key (a clicker/smartkey). Lockboxes are in the building entrance, behind the main door.
If you haven't received your check-in message by 4 PM on arrival day, please check your spam folder and the messaging inbox of the platform you booked through before contacting us.
Check-out is by 11 AM. Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, close the door, and return the clicker to its lockbox. No need to notify us.
Yes. We can provide invoices for corporate stays and expense claims. Please email us after your stay has ended. For corporate bookings requiring invoicing before or during the stay, contact us directly to discuss payment terms.
We cannot accept mail or package deliveries on your behalf. For short-term postal needs, we recommend using An Post's AddressPal service or a nearby parcel locker. If you're expecting a delivery during your stay, please arrange a time when you'll be at the apartment to receive it personally.
Each apartment has a spacious living area with a table and chairs suitable for working. Combined with fast Wi-Fi, it's a comfortable setup for remote work. For dedicated coworking space, there are several options within walking distance in the city centre.

From Dublin Airport, you can take the Dublin Express bus 782 towards Custom House Quay and stop at "Wellington Quay, Temple Bar," a 3-minute walk from us. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs less than €10 one way. For more options, visit Transport for Ireland's Journey Planner.
A taxi from the airport costs approximately €30-€40. You can find taxis at the airport rank or book through the FreeNow app.
Our apartments are spread across three interconnected buildings above The Beer Temple pub and the Oak Bar, with entrances on Parliament Street (1 Bed Suites), Dame Street (1 Bed Apartments), and Crane Lane (2 Bed Apartments).
We're in the heart of Temple Bar, Dublin's liveliest neighbourhood. The area is vibrant, especially during evenings and weekends. For a stay of two weeks or more, this is worth knowing upfront. We provide earplugs in each apartment. Most of our long-stay guests appreciate the central location and adjust quickly, but if you're a very light sleeper, please factor this in.
Due to our limited size, we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out. Check-in is available anytime from 4 PM and check-out anytime until 11 AM. If you need more flexibility, booking an additional night (subject to availability) is the best option.
Before check-in, from 12 PM to 2 PM only: head to The Beer Temple pub at the corner of Parliament St and Dame St. A staff member will escort you to your apartment to leave your luggage.
After check-out: we cannot provide luggage storage. The closest commercial luggage storage facilities are at:

All apartments are on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, with the exception of the Penthouse (4th floor). All are accessible by stairs only, no lift. You're welcome to request a specific floor when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it.
We reserve the right to upgrade guests to a different apartment type when necessary.
We don't have guest parking. Public and private parking is available nearby. Q-Park Christchurch, Drury Street Car Park, and Stephens Green Parking operate 24/7 and offer overnight rates starting from €14. For extended stays, monthly parking passes may be available directly from these providers.
If you'd like to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We can accommodate extensions subject to availability. For reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia, please contact their customer service directly to amend your booking.
Yes. Each apartment includes fresh linen, towels, an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. Complimentary toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper) are provided for your arrival and restocked during weekly housekeeping. All bedding is made from synthetic cotton materials for a comfortable, allergen-free stay. Bathrobes are not provided.
Yes, each apartment has a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and live TV through Freeview Play and RTE Player. For live sport events, The Beer Temple pub downstairs shows most events on big screen TVs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and common areas. A €250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
No. Parties are strictly prohibited and quiet time begins at 10 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all residents.
No, pets are not permitted in our apartments.
Our apartments do not have safe deposit boxes.

We hold lost items for 1 month. For items valued over €100 or with clear sentimental value (jewellery, photographs), we will contact you to arrange return. Other unclaimed items will be donated to charity or distributed to staff after one month. Please contact us as soon as possible if you realise you've left something behind.
