Minimum Stay
All reservations require a minimum stay of 2 weeks (14 nights). Special rates are available for longer stays.
Payment & Deposits
Reservations made through our website are fully prepaid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to prepaid reservations will result in no refund or credit for future stays. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. For reservations made through third-party platforms, please refer to their cancellation terms.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 4 PM (self check-in, available 24/7 after 4 PM). Check-out is by 11 AM. Due to our limited size, early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Housekeeping
Weekly housekeeping is included with every stay. This includes cleaning, linen and towel changes. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A €250 cleaning fee applies for violations. Parties are not permitted. Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Pets are not allowed.
